I have spent the last 14 years working with technical and professional employees at several Silicon Valley companies. To fill hundreds of positions I have read tens of thousands of resumes. But beyond just reading resumes, I have talked to the people behind the paper, so I understand the importance of presenting your skills in the best possible way.
I have been certified as an HR professional since 1992. I have worked as a Human Resources Manager and Director in both small and medium-sized companies, where I have hired and partnered with employees at all levels and in all disciplines.
